Monroe High serves ninth through 12th-grade students and is located in Monroe. In the fall of 2020, the partnerships established with Atrium Health, South Piedmont Community College and Wingate University extended the health science program established at Monroe Middle into the Health Sciences Academy at Monroe High. This provides incoming ninth-grade students continued access to rigorous, highly-engaging health science learning experiences. Participants experience coursework, lab work and field experience in health science-related pathways.
